What Recession Proof Blueprint LLC did:
It is a Section 8 housing course plus “hand holding process” of acquiring real estate properties in the USA, and then getting them onto the section 8 program for long term renting.
The price I was paying was 2000$ per door and the package is for 5 doors = 10000, I paid half upfront, and immediately saw that their claims were not as advertised. They do not do all the work as they claim to be doing for the client. And the terms of their lenders were not as promised. I haven’t gone through the process to acquire any “doors”. This I contacted them for a refund as I was not happy with what I was being provided with. And I was refused a refund. The owner said he doesn’t usually let people into the group unless they paid everything upfront, as if this is some special treatment I’m getting. And wouldn’t charge me the second half of the 10000$, but would not pay me back the initial 5000$
They also do not have any refund policy, so there are no terms. So I feel they are just making it up as they go. And I feel they are basically trying to get away with not giving me my money back because they think I won’t take it further. There are more people in the group that are not happy at all and would also want their money back, and are being refused. I am willing to pay for the “ videos” I have watched on their platform as it was informational. But the basis of the costs are for doors signed. And I haven’t closed on any properties with their help. And seeing is there is no breakdown of how much the videos cost, they will probably come up with some Ludacris pricing.
When I asked for a refund.
5000$ is a lot of money and I need it back.
